Reduce Morning Sickness with Peppermint

Morning sickness is that queasy, nauseated feeling you get in your first trimester. It usually begins in the morning and wears off as you become active throughout your day. Common morning sickness treatments are eating small meals throughout the day and drinking ginger ale soda.

But did you also know that peppermint is a great way to help you calm and reduce your nausea? Peppermint tea is an excellent way to cope with morning sickness. Simply brew a cup of peppermint tea and if you want a little sweetness added, drop in a peppermint candy into the hot tea while it steeps.
