Technology in Domestic Adoption

Posted by Lifetime Adoption on October 15, 2013

With many hopeful adoptive couples turning to the Internet and Facebook to locate adoption situations, it’s no question that technology has a major impact on domestic adoption today. Lifetime Adoption Center’s Founder Mardie Caldwell was recently interviewed for an adoption story by Fox 5 news in New York. The story includes info about Lifetime Adoption Center's free adoption app, “Open Adoption.”

Mardie shares, "I find a lot of girls that are pregnant are looking for resources, but they don't necessarily want to go on their computer or they don't want to have a history of doing that before they decide to share that with anybody. And that's where the app helps us as far as adoption because it gives you the privacy you need to get the information you need."
