One loaf of fresh sourdough baguette sliced
One 14 oz. jar of artichokes, drained and finely chopped
One cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
1/6th cup pickled jalapeno peppers, finely diced
2 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam Spray and line with bread slices.
Mix artichokes, cheese, mayo, jalapenos, and spices in blender until mostly smooth.
Spread mixture evenly on the bread slices.
Bake 20 minutes or until the sides are golden brown.
