Spicy Artichoke Crostini

Discover the flavors of this hearty and spicy appetizer. This festive finger food can be ready in minutes and it will wow your guests. Try serving them at your next get together. You’ll be amazed at how quickly these decadent morsels disappear.

Ingredients

One loaf of fresh sourdough baguette sliced

One 14 oz. jar of artichokes, drained and finely chopped

One cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup mayonnaise

1/6th cup pickled jalapeno peppers, finely diced

2 tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 360 degrees.

Spray cookie sheet with Pam Spray and line with bread slices.

Mix artichokes, cheese, mayo, jalapenos, and spices in blender until mostly smooth.

Spread mixture evenly on the bread slices.

Bake 20 minutes or until the sides are golden brown.
