Adoption Situations | Birth Parents Seeking Families

Posted by Lifetime Adoption on October 19, 2015

If you’re hoping adopt a baby or adopt a child to start your family, it's important to find out what types of birth mothers and adoption situations an adoption company is working with.  By reading about the aspects of their available situations and what their birth mothers are seeking, it'll help you discover if you're a good fit for their adoption program.

Here are just three of the many birth mothers seeking adoptive parents that Lifetime is currently working with:

We’re searching for an adoptive family to adopt a Caucasian baby who is due in December. The birth mother is a single mother who wasn't expecting this pregnancy and feels adoption would be best for her baby. Finding a Christian family with hopes of becoming parents for the first time is something she is praying for. An adoptive family who live in Missouri would be ideal. She has not used any substances and although she has had prenatal care, she chose not to know the gender so this baby will be a surprise to both her and the adoptive family. She would like letters, photos, and possibly visits.

Lifetime is also looking for adoptive parents for an African American baby boy due in November. The birth mother is very busy raising the children she already has. She feels she cannot provide for this baby and wants to find a loving African American or bi-racial family. She has been receiving regular prenatal care and has not exposed the pregnancy to any substances.

Lastly, we’re currently assisting a Caucasian birth mother who is due in February. She's looking for young married Catholic couple who lives in a country setting. She would like her baby to be their first child. Or, if the couple already have children she prefers that they be over four years old. A non-smoking traditional home is where she would like her child raised. She is hoping for an open adoption with annual visits.

The first step to introduce you to birth parents like these ones is to fill out Lifetime’s FREE online application to adopt. If you would like to find out what steps you can take towards adopting, and prepare for parenthood, complete the online application or call 1-800-923-6784 for more info.
