Matt is a doctor with the U.S. Air Force, and they're currently stationed in southern Germany. Kacie is a stay-at-home mom to their two sons, which gives her the chance to provide enriching experiences from day one.

They hope to grow their family again through adoption and promise to treasure your child every moment of their lives! Their son Elijah is biological, and their son Micah was adopted. Matt and Kacie are a Catholic couple who have been married for 9 years.

Matt shares about his wife, "I have never seen someone with so much love and devotion for family as Kacie has.  She is a wonderful mother, wife, sister, and daughter and is always making sure our families stay connected.  She also makes time to volunteer, working with the Fisher House and other charities, which is something our children see and appreciate. I love the level of energy that Kacie has, always ready to check out a new place or trail, or create a new activity for our kids to enjoy. She can’t wait to explore the world as a family of five!"

Kacie has this to say about her husband: "Matt is a very loving and compassionate man. He makes you a better person just by being around him. Even in stressful situations, he has the ability to put a smile on your face and make you feel at ease. Matt is also passionate about life and what is right and wrong; the “ultimate Boy Scout. He leads by example and is such an amazing role model and father to our two sons. He loves being a dad more than anything and is so excited to open his heart to another son or daughter."
